What was the highlight of Hotel San Miguel Mahón
Ideal for short break.
Good value hotel, non descript from out side but easy to explore Mahon from here. Recommend taxi from airport. Situated in a maze of one way streets. Simple but tasty breakfast. Owner/Manager very helpful. He multi tasked throughout. Pleasant roof top area with panoramic views.
Front door locked during afternoon. Could be an issue for check in. Guests have a swipe card to get in and out though.

Amazing time discovering Mahon at Hotel San Miguel
The kindness of the staff, the lovely breakfast, the terrace, everything was absolutely lovely. We even got a lovely birthday card from the owner for my 50th birthday.

What was the highlight of Hotel San Miguel Mahón
A wonderful two night break in Mahon.
Ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the historic centre. The room was large with an excellent en suite bathroom. Fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Nothing springs to mind.

You can't get better than this for a city center hotel, cosy, relaxing, clean and top notch food!
This hotel is a hidden gem. The owner is incredibly accommodating, the rooms were immaculate, the linen was so comfortable, we were well rested leaving. The attention to detail overall was impressive. I can't eat dairy and there was still lots for me to eat at breakfast and the host had no problems whipping me up an almond milk flat white, something I hadn't been able to get for a whole fortnight in Menorca, a good one at that! The small outdoor seating area is lovely, draped in beautiful plants, it's very tranquil for breakfast, considering it's in the city! Lastly, he booked us a taxi to the airport on the final day and because of the time of day, the taxis were busy and when it hadn't shown up for 45 minutes, the owner went and got his own car and drove us to the airport, we were blown away by his hospitality and kindness.
We honestly could not fault it.
